Amazon Has $50 Credit Promotion for PlayStation Vita

Amazon

For those of us that buy nearly everything on the world's biggest internet superstore, there's even more incentive to purchase Sony's handheld system.

Amazon is offering a $50 credit for purchasing a PlayStation Vita Wi-Fi system or the 3G bundle. The Wi-Fi only system is available for $247.09.

The 3G unit includes Wi-Fi (obviously), a free year of PlayStation Plus, a Unit 13 game voucher (meh), and a four-gigabyte memory card (also meh). All of that is $299.68.

It still doesn't beat the Black Friday deal for the Assassin's Creed bundle at just $180, but it's one of the better deals lately for those that still haven't adopted a Vita.

The better deal overall is purchasing the 3G bundle despite getting some boring additions. Unit 13 is something that I still haven't investigated, and a four-gigabyte memory card will give anyone hell when it comes to swapping games between a PlayStation 3 or PC (or even worse...re-downloading games).

For those that don't want to wait on picking up a Vita in a special deal on Black Friday, this will probably be one of the better deals until November. Don't hesitate to pick one up!
