Don't have a credit card because you're too young or think it's the devil? You're in luck as Sony has added PayPal support to PlayStation 4 checkout.

CVG reports that North American users with a PayPal account can simply add funds in PlayStation Network by selecting the option.

Sony detailed the process in an email sent out to PS4 owners - users simply select "add funds" during checkout, select the "PayPal" option and log into their account if need be, select the amount of fund to add, and continue to complete checkout.

As per usual, you'll be redirected through PayPal to complete the process there. But using PayPal is always the quick and easy way for checking out because there's always the option to add credit cards there and just using that as a form of payment.

This also benefits us freelancers that get some payment through PayPal or frequent eBay sellers. They can use the money from their PayPal account without the need of their debit card for their account.

PlayStation 3 already received support for PayPal about eight months ago.
