From beginning to end, this is a perfect teaser trailer that shows Nathan Drake rising up from a watery sleep as there's dialogue between both Drake and Sully in the background. Obviously, it looks like the two sequences don't happen at the same time.
There's a clear dark tone that's in this game, and that's where some traditional Uncharted fans may groan. It's less Indiana Jones with the lighthearted dialogue and comedy and it looks plenty more serious.
Don't worry, I'm not expecting something like The Last of Us: Uncharted. It's not going to turn into a zombie fest or feature everybody in the cast dying except Drake. The point of a teaser trailer is to show something that grabs your attention, and this certainly does that instead of your standard bruhaha from the first four games.
I highly doubt this will be the whole tone for the game.

I'm not too picky in frame rates, but an adventure game like Uncharted seems to be more suitable in the 30 FPS range. Remember, frames not rendered leave your mind to complete the rendering, adding to the storytelling of a game when you don't even realize it. At the very least, hopefully the rate is capped so we don't see slowdown issues completely taking people out of the experience.
