Rumor: Driveclub hitting PlayStation 4 with June 12th release date

Sony's latest exclusive on the PlayStation 4, Driveclub, could be available on June 12th, backing up a previous report announced earlier this year.



Explosion reports that the game has a release date of June 12th, 2014, according to Dell's website. That date coincides with a different report from Italy's Official PlayStation Magazine.

The PlayStation 4 exclusive racing game Driveclub is apparently going to be released sometime during June. The news comes from the Official PlayStation Magazine Italy, which reveals that the game will indeed be released that month.
Not too long ago Sony confirmed that more news on the game’s release would be coming soon. This reveal would actually fall in line with what Sony officially confirmed earlier.

Nothing has been confirmed by Sony or developer Evolution Studios on the release date.

Driveclub has been a troubled exclusive on the PlayStation 4, getting knocked back from its original release at the new console's launch. A free version of the game (not the full game) was going to be available for those that subscribe to the PlayStation Plus service. Instead, Knack was chosen to be the free game after this game got pushed back.
